Trivia Soldier Soldier is often considered Dougray's first significant break when he was cast as Major Rory Taylor. During the show's successful run, there were action toys made by Corgi Classics:
Dougray's Ripley's Game co-star, Lena Headey had several quest appearances on Soldier Soldier in 1993 as Shenna Bowles. Although Soldier Soldier was an ensemble series, actors Robson Green (Dave Tucker) and Jerome Flynn (Paddy Garvey) quickly stood out as audience favorites since the show's 1991 debut.
