How to change your screen resolution to get a smaller or larger
font size:
1. PC Users: Go to the "My Computer"
icon on your desktop, double click on the icon. This will open the
"My computer" folder. Select the "Control Panel"
folder and double click. Then select the "Display" icon and
double click. This will bring up the display properties of your monitor,
click on the "settings" tab. On the right is an area called
"desktop area" and it displays what your current screen
resolution is, for example 800 by 600 pixels. Using the sliding scale
"Less to More" you can either increase the screen resolution
to fit everything on your desktop or decrease the scale. Once you have
decided upon your new screen resolution, click on the "apply"
button. The screen will go blank for a few seconds whilst it
reconfigures the screen resolution. The screen resolution can be altered
at any time.
2. MAC Users: Go to the Apple Icon, select Control Panels, then select
Monitors and select the screen resolution you wish to change to, your
computer will automatically update your screen resolution. |
