Natural Nylon to go public
by Erich Boehm

LONDON -- Natural Nylon, the film production company backed by Jude Law, Sadie Frost, Ewan McGregor, Jonny Lee Miller and Sean Pertwee, is poised to go public through a flotation intended to raise £2 million ($2.9 million) on the Ofex exchange.

Natural Nylon is 50%-owned by Union Media, and the money will be raised by selling shares in new holding company Union Media Holdings.

The deal involves Union reversing into advertising group Transad, which already trades on the Ofex, a market for firms not listed on the London Stock Exchange. The cash will be used to fund TV production.

Natural Nylon has just begun shooting the historical drama "Cromwell & Fairfax" starring Tim Roth, and Union is set to unveil its new TV drama series, "Rockface."
