A Killer Part
Imagine Matt Damon 20 years older. If you pictured John
Malkovich, you share the vision of the makers of Ripley's
Game. In it, Malkovich will play the psychopathic Tom
Ripley, Damon's role in The Talented Mr. Ripley. He's two
decades older but still a killer.
"That's my product," Malkovich told Britain's
Evening Standard. "Of course I could play innocent,
but that's not what I'm ever asked to do. It' s something
to do with the way I'm perceived, which I don't hold to be
accurate."
The new movie, which, like the first, is based on
Patricia Highsmith' s novel, is shooting in Italy.
